We met with two neuro-oncologists today and they said that no treatment is needed at this time. The astrocytoma is very slow growing, low grade, and is not causing symptoms that are unmanageable. They will do MRI's every two months and watch for any signs of growth. If the tumor changes then they will decide on treatment.
We are looking forward to life getting back to "normal"... happier things.
